Old wife unable to get ownershipof husbands land after his death

70 years sr. citizen don’t have child and unable to get her own land after death of husband. Second party waiting for her death, and Appling any cases on her , to delay land acquisition . How quickly she can get her land so sell some part and get some money to leave Please help your help saves some one’s life.
According to the facts provided by you in any case she is entitled to get the property transferred in her name as soon as possible. She will have to apply for a legal heir certificate from Tehsildar's office after that she can enjoy the property. She can also file a declaration suit in the civil court regarding the declaration of the ownership of the said property. Thus, she will have to procure a legal heir certificate from tehsildar's office after that property will automatically transfer in her name.
