Objection in allotment of plot not submitted tax

allotment abadi plot by grampachayat now i construct this plot but grampanchayat not deducting any tax i was submitt my application to give tax receipt but some other person objection this plot allotment in anoter name
Please get it confirm from the grampanchyat office about the objection raised and its allotment to you. Once it is confirmed then only payment of tax is applicable to its legal owner by the local authority.
