If your application is not being heard then you'll have to move before High court for redressal of your grivences aggregating your claim even you have the choice to move before competent court of civil jurisdiction in hazaribagh and seek for declaration that even you have a share in the compensation amount

It is settled law in the Indian land Acquisition Act that if any land has been acquired by the Government department then It is the duty of that department to inquiry meticulously about the beneficiary with regard to releasing fund and if it is not happened then we should file a reference case before the Land Acquisition Department ( District Land Collector) for releasing fund to necessary party and also it duty bound of the Land Acquisition Department withing forty days ( 40 ) he can send your case to Civil Court settlement of payment and If any forgery happened then Land Acquisition Department can file a criminal case against that person who falsely took the payment on basis of false document.

you need to file RTI and get the details as how much payment has been made and who has taken the money ... do you have original documents.....
then file a complain against the department.
