Not legally adopted can child claim share in biological parents

she had 6 children 1 son is given to his nani without any legal procedure n from then he started to write his father name who was his step father .but after the death of his real mother n father he changed all his document. by the name of his real father n now ask for the part in mothers property is this case is void can he take that part or is this case is void? we 5 children have succssesion certificate which prove that he is not the child of the lady jiski property divide honi h..
Aapke question me hi answer chupa hai. yadi aapne succession certificate liya hai jisme 6 ki jagah 5 ka hi naam hai to is hisab se unko, yani jinhen aap hissa dena nahi chahte, hissa nahin milega. Yadi unhen koi grievance hoga to unke liye bhi court ka rasta khuka hai. Lekin tabtak is succession certificate ke hisaab se unko koi hissa aapki mother ki property me se nahi milega.
