Not been allowed to enter my father's house

15-Aug-2023 (In Property Law)
I'm Hindu, unmarried, 45 year male. My father has already died, he was a govt. employee. I am not been allowed to enter the house built by my father by my mother and sister. They are also spreading rumors about my character such as, i beat them, i want to sell their property. They have spoiled my career. Even they have been spreading rumors about me at the rented place where I stay. They have taken the relatives and neighbours into confidence. Please suggest legal action.

We may be able to find a suited answer if the question of who owns the house at present becomes clear.

If you have partial ownership of the house, we may be able to build a strong case. We may also be able to negotiate a settlement if that is not the case.

in that circumstances you can file a suit for partition for the above said property of your deceased father.
you can demand your share in the property form your mother and sister.
it also need to see whether that property was was self acquired property or not
