Sir, maine ek plot ka Agreement karaya tha 2014 m instalment se lene k liye., D.P Rs 75000 our ek instalment 10000 cash diya hua h, Kesi problem ki bajah se m plot ki instalment nhi de saka ,mene property dilar se cash bapas karne ko kaha to bo nhi de rha our agar dega to 50% cut kar k dega Please sir bataye kya kar sakte h Request you sir Thankyou
If there is a forfeiture clause in the agreement nothing can be done. Only on thorough reading of the agreement a conclusion can be drawn.
