Non Refund of pre launch money by builder of commercial plot

Sir, I had booked a commercial flat in a pre launch property in sector 144 NOIDA in year 2014. The project has failed to take off and the builder is not paying the money after I submitted the cancellation documents in year 2016. There is an association of aggreived cuistomers but they have not applied for refund. They are not associating me in theior group as i have applied for refund . Kindly suggest sukitable legal measure to pressurise the builder to refund me my money Thanks Rajeev Roy, New Delhi

you are not dependent upon any group admitting you as their member. You can very well pursue your case against the builder completely by your own. Kindly go through you agreement with the builder so as to ascertain your rights against the builder.
Before proceeding against the builder kindly serve a legal notice to him providing an opportunity to fulfill his duties failing which you may file a consumer case and proceed under other forums as well against the builder
