Non inclusion of two legal heirs name in ancestralproperty

06-Feb-2023 (In Property Law)
It is an issue regarding non-inclusion of two legal heirs names in ancestoral property share, Property is in a village, and its in the final stage of division, as legal heirs names have been recorded in village records,by the order of the Prant Officer, without including two of legal heirs.

We need to put objection to the same and have the entries and other records amended for inclusion of the two heirs. Also need to procure the Inheritance certificate to show the Family tree and that should include the names of all the legal heirs.
