Query: Our neighbors are talking loudly and disturbing our peace. Their dogs are irritating. Their children shout dont allow my children to study. Can we file case against them?
Yes u can file a complaint before the police for nuisance and u have to followup with the police so that they will take action against them and if the police are not taking any action u have to file a civil suit
