Noise from the upper floor apartment due to tailoring business

I am living in an apartment in Bangalore. The residents in the apartment above mine are doing tailoring business(though this is a residential building), which involves movement of sewing machine and causes a disturbing grinding noise. I had conveyed this to them, but all to no affect. Also, there is no specific time of their work, sometimes, they woudll start as early as 8:00 AM and work for the whole day, till as late as 9PM or even later. Also, they are carrying out commercial activity but that needs to be proved in the court of law, how would we do that ? All I have is their visiting card.
