No registry of land. What should i do.
11-May-2023 (In Property Law)
What should i do if i don't have registry of my land but i have other documents such as kabza nama and receipts and the person with whom i have purchased that land is missing (or may be he is dead)
You will have to obtain a copy of the deed acquired from the registrar which is available and name of the owner is displayed in the Encumbrance certificate. After getting the same you can file a civil suit for declaration in the jurisdictional civil court.
