Dear Sir/Madam, you have to construct compound wall or iron wall in your surrounding property. If any disturb from the above said neighbours, you have to give complaint police as well as local authority, they will take necessary action in this regard. If not taken, thereafter you have to file civil suit for permanent injunction against them not to interefere with your property which was subject of your suit.

If your neighbors are interfering into your peaceful and lawful possession of your property you must file a Civil suit for permanent injunction against your neighbor and get an interim order of temporary injunction . you should not have allowed your neighbor to use your land as a passage initially. and it is not clear that since how many years they are using that land as a passage to walk? whether any other alternate way or passage is available to them is not clear.

I suggest you to file a Injunction Suit before the jurisdictional Civil Court against those causing problems and trying to encroach your land. As a first step you try filing a complaint before the jurisdictional police station and obtain acknowledgement which helps for your civil case though police refuses to accept the same.
