in our property papers & plan the surrounding wall was included but neighbors claim that it belongs to them & they don't even have their property papers .what is the solution

If the title deed of your property mentions that the surrounding wall is included, then it is yours only.
Also for safety sake, check whether the wall is mentioned in the link documents of both the parties.
if the Surrounding wall is mentioned in any of the link deeds that is more than 30 years Old, then it belongs to that person only.

You find out from the registry office, whether any transaction took place in the property mentioned above. You have to send a Notice asking demanding them to refrain from such false claims. You can also file for injunction suit and obtain order accordingly.
