Neighbour claiming parking rights in front of the gate of owner

Neighbour parking his car infront of my gate. Due to this can't even park my own car in my own house and when i talk to him he is saying he will park there and i can do whatever i want. Please suggest further action.
In the given situation, you can send a legal notice to your neighbor and then if still creates the said nuisance then you can register a police complaint in the nearest police station for nuisance. you can also approach the court for seeking injunction against him

As per law you can get stay to neighbours from court ..In your parking place it's very disturbing from your neighbours you can take a stay against them or if you don't have parking place to can get parking place as per law in basis of easement rights
