Neighbors not letting us to construct the house what can we do

We are reconstructing our house and my aunt who lives next door, start quarrel unnecessarily and threaten to kill my brother and destroying building material i.e. throwing water on cement and didn't let the construction work begun. What legal steps I can take to stop this neighbour from hampering my peace and threats.
If the matter is that serious then you must initiate criminal proceedings against your neighbour. You must first get an FIR registered against her and tell the police about the life threats you got from her and also the rest of the criminal actions taken by her including willful destruction of your property. This should help abstain her from troubling but if not then in order to continue your work peacefully you might need to file a suit for injunction.

You must approach local police, for the remedy and may file complaint that despite having necessary approvals from, your neighbours without authority of law are not allowing you construction.

You have the right to reconstruct the house and the neighbors does not have the right to object. If the neighbors still troubles for construction then firstly you shall try to resolve the issue on your own and if he still cause any hindrance in the construction then shall file an FIR against your neighbor or else you can approach an advocate for the same
