Neighbor's have increased the boundary wall and captured our land

a week ago my grandfather's house was trespassed when my neighbour broke into my grandfather's house wall by extending their boundry wall. i lodged an FIR for the same. and have taken stay order for 8 days. what can i do to reclaim my property. its a very old house, my grandfather has passed away some 15 years back. It was passed to my father as his share of inheritance. we has electricity bills of this house in my grandfather's name, and many other documents of our property. how can i reclaim what's mine without having to wait for years? i need help. i and my neighbour are muslim.

In the civil court file for temporary injunction against this person from interfering with your peaceful possession of the land, once this is granted in your favour, take the help of the local police to keep this person from causing trouble to you and your property

Surely you can take legal action as its a wrong done against you for which you liable to sue him.for any further action you can contact me and fix a meeting. For sure all assistance would be given to you.
