Neighbors Construction of a single wall of Width 4 inch

My neighbors had made a single wall of height 22 feet with one sided support of the wall of my house .there is no any other support to that wall. ....is it legal or unlegal ?
In this case you can send a legal notice to the neighbor and state your demands. If he does not comply with the demands of the notice then you can file a civil suit under the provisions of civil procedure code. There are a lot of civil remedies for your case
