Need to build bridge to access my property but neighbor not allowing

I have 30cent of land and from that I want to sell 11cents of land,If I have to sell itI have to construct a bridge in the end of the property. In that area,the lands in left side get a small stream and used to construct a bridge.A man in the opposite side(he dont want to construct the bridge have road frontage) is now saying that he concreted the sides of the stream and he along with other two person. Owned some property and widened the road to make it lorry accessible.Now they 3 are demanding me to pay Rs150000 then only I can construct bridge or can allow vehicle to my property.I am widow.
You can approach the nearest civil court for the justice. For that purpose you find one lawyer in your locality and discuss the matter with him. File a suit against your neighbours and you will get the injunction against them.
