Mere father in law ke 3 bete hain. mother in law mere pati jo sabse chote bete hai mere father in law ke, unki man hamare sath hi rahti hai, hamara ek power of attorney par hai jo father, ke naam thi or dusra flat hai jo meri sas ne sabse NOC lekar apne naam kara liya hai. Father ki koi will hai ya nahi ye nahi pata, mother ne bede 2 beton ke kahne main aakar chote bete ko bedakhal kar diya or use batya bhi nai lekin abhi bhi chote bete ke hi sath rahti hain, ab bade dono bete ghar apne naam karana chahte hain, to main ye puchna chahti hun, ki agar father ki koi will hai or usmain chote bete ko share diya hai to kya mother bedkhal kar sakti hai, or agar will nahi hai, to bedakhal kar sakti hai ya nahi. Or kya power of attorney bala ghar apne naam kara sakti hai ya nahi. Please give me advice. Thanks

Jo bhi property aapke father in law K naam se hai. Us Sabhi property me unke teeno beto Ka brabar hak hai. Koi bhi Kisi power of attorney k binah se Kisi ko bedakhal nhi kr sakta. Agr aap Apna hissa claim krna chahte hai to apko court me Apna daava daalna hoga.
