Need information on POA acceptable for transfer of property

01-Jun-2023 (In Property Law)
Hello , I need legal advice regarding property transfer. The property was under the name of my father and he died in 2015 , left behind 6 LR's . Namely , his wife , 2 son and 3 daughter. There are two properties under his name in Ambala city. But only one son lives in India and rest are settled abroad. As they are busy and is not possible for all of them to come at once , they are ready to give power of attorney in the favor of his brother . Q1 . Do they need different power of attorney for each property or one would work for both. Q2. All the LR's are in Toronto , Canada except one under whose name the POA will be issued . Do they need to make seperate POA or all could make one and sign it ? Q3. In Canada , the POA is issued on white paper and attested by consulate general of India. Could you please send a format of POA which is acceptable under indian law to transfer the property. You could email me back : [email protected] Thanks in advance..
