Need Estimated Cost to gift-deed my Rs. 52Lakh flat to my brother

Hi I wish to gift deed my flat to my brother. Flat's cost is Rs. 5200000. How much cost will I have to bear for this? Can you suggest me some economical lawyer from Wakad area to do this for me?
If he is your real brother then 3%
