Need clarification on land Takasma

My great grab father owned 80 bigha land which was divided into 2 parts after his death than my grand also had 2 sons so land further devised into 2 parts but takasma didn't took place now my uncle had 4 sons and 3 r alive 1 dead and I am the only married girl child of my father few years back my father passed away and the funeral was executed by my cousin 's son but no godnama taken place and no paagdi given to any one...can any of them claim ownership in my said land and how to execute takasma in this case as most of them are not ready for that....plz help....

Dear madam as per your question and acording to hindu sucssetion amendment act 2005 also observed by supreme court prakash vs phoolwati case if father died after 20 dec 2004 thend deaughter claim right but here only you successor of your father property so you 1st open entry in mutation as per death certificate then after filed application before tehsildar for takasma
