Need advice regarding capital gain tax

Please tell me. If I get a land as a gift in the municipal area then will there be any capital gain tax charged on it, if l will sell it after 12 years??
Following informations may be sent to my office:- 1) Pl disclose from which sources you acquire d the gift land in question, 2) what is your occupation 3) How much amount of land value assessed at present.

Yes, that is profit matter so you have pay tex . Amount of tax depend on amount received . Your tex calculate depend on Your amount received . If you give land as a gift then you not pay any tex.
