Need advice on land property measuring commission

I'm Christian,Latin Catholic. I have a land Property. There was a case filed in court about our land property issue. We have successfully won the case. But,we didn't get the deed (Adharm) back yet(3 years now). After that,a commission arranged by court came and measured our land property. Now it's been 3 years. No idea about the Commission report. No acknowledgement or no response didn't get yet about that. How long I should wait for their response and commission report? How much necessary time do they need to present the report in the court? What are the reasons for this much delay(3 years now) about the issue?

In this issue, you can file an application in that court to obtain the court. If already filed, you may check in the court files about its status. You can also file an early posting petition to hear and allow that application. As a last resort, you can file a petition in the High Court for a speedy remedy.
