My uncle is threatening my parents to take their property

My uncle and my grandfather is misbehaving and threatening my parents and also they are trying to take their control over our property illegally, forcibly. I want to challenge them legally. How can I do that. Please help.

File an FIR against them with the local police station. You can file a case under section 503, IPC and also the other relevant provisions. Don't worry no one can do anything against the law and the legal; system is there to protect law abiding citizens.
