My Plot Taken By Railway But Mutation is other Person

First of all sorry for more bad english grammer mistakes I taken 1 plot in Faridabaad Gulavali from Some group in 2014 both are 100 sq yard. I already done registry for that plot. I ask again and again from company for mutation but company always says mutation is not opening for gulavali. last month when i ask for mutation then Some Group says Railway acquire our plots and we will soon shift your plot to new plot. Railway give muwaja to Company. Because mutataion is in Company owner name. My Question Actually i want muwaja but builder not interested to pay muwaja so can i eligible for legally taken muwaja from government if i file case. Please give me suggestion what i do next.
