My own land captured by my 2nd grand father not giving property now

My own land captured by my own 2ndgrabdfather to someone .. my grandfather was elder one but 2nd grand father did not give actual property till now
If there is any property in the name of your 2nd grandfather who is the younger one, then if it is the case that, the partition has already been done away with between you grandfathers then you can not claim any share in the said property of 2nd Grandfather. However, if it is not so then you may file a partition suit in the jurisdictional civil court.
