My neighbour illegally wants to take over my registered land

Can my neighbour illegally take over my land which is registered my name (by using 44 simply he is saying he will imply sec 44 and will take house and land).He is also forcing us to register our land on his name.Please advice.
No, no one can forcefully take your land. You can file a Police Complaint.
If the construction is in violation of the plans then you may move to local civil court under which the property falls for obtaining a stay order against the illegal construction.
The part of the building which has already come into existence as on the date of filing of the petition can be ordered to be demolished by court.
Alongwith, file a RTI to the municipal corporation to obtain a copy of the sanctioned plan.
