My grandmother transfer title of her property to my mother

(Religion- Hindu)My grandmother brought up a property later she transferred its title into my mother's name now my Uncle claiming for his part of property. My grandmother refuses to do so. Can he filed suit against my grandmother or mother? Or can he have any right on that property?
Since the property is self acquired property of your grandmother she is absolutely entitled to give it to any person of her choice. Nobody has any right on the said property except your grandmother and subsequently your mother who has acquired rights on the said property.
