my grandfather gave home my mother now i got that home from my mom

my mummy got property under gift deed from my grandfather after 11 years he canceled that deed now my mummy written that property to me now my grand father is in my home only he is not going from home keeping cases on us according to 441 sec is their any way to send him out from my home & the gift deed is not an conditional deed which my mummy got from my grand father
Registered deed cannot be canceled , however it can be challenged if it is obtained on base of fraud or force.
