My father in law registered whole property in name of one daughter

My father in law has 2 daughters and my wife is younger and he has one land property it's present cost is one crore before marriage he promised he share the land to both the daughters equally but now he secretly registered the property to elder daughter and saying it is his own property earned property is there any chance to put the case 2nd daughter has any right of earned property and he has 2 daughters only and no sons

sir your father in law is at liberty to give that land according to his wish and will. the property which he holds is self acquired property in nature you can not question him about the property. he can registered that property according to his wish and will.

If your father in law has made an oral promise of pasupu kumkuma then he needs to keep up the promise
Also normally if a father excludes one daughter from inheriting the property and gifts the property to the other daughter in all likelihood there is an instance of coercion and undue influence of the other daughter to the father.
hence your wife should challenge the gift deed executed by your father in law on the grounds of coercion and undue influence and also claim partition of the said property.
