Hello sir, Actually Mumbai me chawl me Kurla me mera ek room Hai jisme mere bade Bhai rahte Hai apne naam par dhire dhire KAR rahe Hai like electricity bill apne naam par KAR liya Hai rasan card bana liya Hai to sir aise me mai Kya action le sakta hu apne bade Bhai ke against , mujhe us par dought ho raha Hai air mai ab Kya karu.
If you have all the necessary documents supporting your claim on the said room then you can ask him to leave and if he denies then you can file a complaint for trespass. Or you can file a declaration suit in the civil court claiming your right over the property.
