My brother is not leaving my share of ancestral property what to do.

I have 3 brothers and 18 months ago our ancestral house was divided legally among us with a condition that within 1 year all will shift to their repective areas After 1year they asked me for an additional 6 month time and I agreed . But now 19 months has been passed since division and one of my brother living in my property clearly denies to leave my property.Moreover he rented his property! So please give me suggestion what can I do as I have to reconstruct my house. My religion is Hinduism
before going to file the partition suit, you have to issued a legal notice for eviction of the your ancestral property against your brother, if your brother not complied the same, you have to file contempt petition before the jurisdictional civil court by collecting all the relevant documents of the ancestral property of yours.
