My brother captured the property. i.e. 2 storey building after my father's death and not allowing me to enter to home as I have to travel around for my jobs(cannot stay at home all the times). My brother is continuously threatening me. Please advise what to do. The property is in my mother's name. Please advise Thanks
is the property of your mother self acquired property or was it purchased by common huf fund or by your father.
your father and brother can claim their rights if its heriditary property otherwise not.. in self acquired property no right can be claimed as such.. if the person whose property is it he or she can make will or gift to whosoever he or she wants...
