Mother wants to give me house can my siblings claim it

My mother owner of a room in chawl and wanted to gift this house to me through Gift deed. Is my other brother and sisters can claim the room given to me after my mother's death.
If the said room in chawl is self acquired property of your mother or was recieved by her by a way of gift deed then your mother can transfer the said room in your favour and no one can claim their rights in the property except you and your mother.
