22-Dec-2023 (In Property Law)

Hello Sir/Madam, House located in Telangana State. My mother gift registered me the house in 2004 and then I gift registered the house to my wife in 2006.My wife posted an ad in new paper saying the house belongs to her, as my brother tried to sell the house illegally. Then my brother and mother filed a case in court for their share. In November 2015 my mother illegally sold the house to a third person via sale deed while court case is going on and she did registry though she is not the owner. 1) Is sale deed valid 2) How can I cancel sale deed 3) How can I stop them from doing this again

Once the property is transferred to you by your mother that time you became owner , again you transferred the same to your wife now your wife being owner she have absolutely right over property .

Sale made by your mother is illegal .
They can be stop by filling a civil suit of cancellation of sale deed .
However they have contemped the court orders by entering into sale agreement while the matter is still pending in court , you can also go for contempt of court.
Once I need to go through your documents so that we can see the legal aspects and file a suit
