Dear Client,
you can send a notice to your mother as well as the new purchaser staking your claim in the property, failing which you can go to the court and find redressal of your grievances. If the document is registered you can take an online search of the records, and you can also download the same from the internet.

Since the said property is sold and third party rights are created. You can claim your share in your mother's property. Kindly let me know what information you intended to obtain. RTI can be filed in various concerned departments but it depends upon the type of the property. Kindly provide some more details regarding the property and some more detailed facts regarding the said transaction, for some more detailed and specific advice.
