Mother selling fathers ancestral property without my consent

Sir ,my father had sold all his ancestral property to my mother when I was 6years old in 1962.I am a single child(daughter) of my parents.my mother has willed all that property in my name in 2013,but now she is selling that property without my consent.can I file a case against my mother to get that property.
Any will becomes operative only after death of the person who has made the will during lifetime it has no legal sanctity but as you have stated that the property in question is yours ancestral property then your has no right to sell the entire property, you may file suit before the civil court for your share
