Mother not giving any share to me in the property what are my rights?

We are two brothers,both were married My father died in 2009 after that my mother not giving my father earned money to me and not showing any documents, she giving to my younger brother only, and http://uidai.gov.in/update-your-aadhar-preference to my brother giving everything to . Can I have rights to ask my mothers mother property kindly give me advice

yes you can ask share in your father property.you have right in your father property.if your mother decline your share you can go for partition of father property among mother and legal heirs ,let the court decide .we have good chances to succeed in your matter ,i need to go through your property documents

Normally, if a property has come in to possession of a women, from whatsoever source, she will be the absolute owner of the property and she can deal with the property in whatsover manner deemed by her.
However mere entry in Aadhar is not the way to transfer of the property.
For transfer of property, there has to be a registered Gift Deed during the life time of your mother for transfer of property or she can write a will bequething her properties. In absence of Will or a Gift Deed any other unregistered transfer is invalid.

you are having right of your share in your father's properties and monies whatever he earned in his lifetime, if he did not executed any will etc.,

Your mother cannot give to anybody as her wish.

you collect all the property documents and can file a suit for partition,
