Mother named me in will but property transferred to brother

My mother given general power of attorney in 1980 for a house and land, she willed house in my name, and left out land, however after her death i came to know that the land now stands in my brother name. what course of action i cont understand, pl advise in this matter? we are from hindu family & property is of stridhan.
