Mother gave property to minor both dead now who is the legal heir?

my mother transfer her property to my elder brother's son who was a minor, now neither my mother is alive nor my nephew is alive. Now I want to know that who is legal hair of this property?

If the mother of the minor(elder brother's wife) is alive, then she and her husband(your elder brother if alive) will get the share of the minor.
if only the mother of the minor is alive, then the mother will get the minor's share in full.
if only the father of the minor is alive, then the father will get the minor's share in full/
