Maternal uncle fraudulently transferred fathers property in his name

Actually my father expired , we are two daughters only and my father is only son... so my maternal uncle cheated my paternal grandfather property.... maternal uncle registered all our properties properly in his name.... He didnt gave even one rupee also ...what to do... we are Christian religion... we don't have any source except that property... plz guide me...

You can claim your share in the property by providing your legal heir certificate, and then file a civil suit claiming your share in the said property. You can also, file a police complaint regarding the issue in the nearest police station. You will have to provide the documents supporting your valid claim over the property.
