Married daughter property rights on Inam land being sold by brothers

Father had got the Inam farming land in 1970s from Government. After father death this was by default transferred to mothers name. Three brothers has transferred the rights to there name and got a Katha and they are selling the property. I got married in 1972 and Being a married women do i have the rights to put stay and injection order to stop the property registration and also will i get equally compensated with the selling property money.
As per your query, the property after your father’s death will be divide amongst all his legal heirs and not be transferred in the name of your mother only. So you have a share in your father’s property if he did not leave a will but the partition will be done according to the will if he did leave a will.
