Marketing guy of a property venture has cheated us.

Hi Sir, I was trying to purchase a land from a venture which is near Yadagirigutta. The marketing adviser of that venture collected total amount from me and gave relative receipts but he had not paid to venture authorities. After a few days we have found that he cheated both of us. When I spoke to authorities they initially agreed to pay the total amount with minimal interest but now they say that they are not concerned with the issue for marketing guy has cheated you can directly ask him if not they are not responsible for that.
