make 2nd floor of fathers house by my name

I live in my father's house of 3 stored building. I have made one room bathroom on 2nd floor by taking personal loan.The house is in my father's name. Now I want to make a kitchen in 2nd floor(my area) and need to take hoam loan.whats the procedure to take home loan so that the 2nd floor will be in my name or somewhere I can claim the 2nd floor to avoid that my father give the whole house to my married sister. please suggest
There is no such procedure where you can apply for home loan and get the property in your name. The house would still remain in your father's name. If the property is a self acquired property then your father can execute a will and give the property to any one he wishes to. In case he dies intestate then according to Hindu Succession the property would be divided between the legal heir's.
