Made satekhat for extra property purchased how can I claim it now

Dear Sir / Madam, I had purchased property in Dis.Satara.Dt.May 2011. I have registered property is 5.79 Ghunta. we have purchased more part of same property i.e. 1 gunta was made SATEKHAT between me and my land owner. But that 1 gunta is not in his name. He is legal sibling of that property. That 1 Guntha is on land owner Mother name. his Mother is pass away (RIP) last 8 yrs. We are made Satekhat with them (Land Owner) for 1 Gunta . Now today they are claim on that property. Please help with were can we complaint against same & how to complete transfer 1 gunta in our name ? PLEASE HELP !!
You need to give legal notice to them through the lawyer for getting that property to be transfer in to you name. Give the reference of that sathe khat that you had made with him and asked for delivery.
