Loan taken by husband house on wife's name can husband take home

I husband took home loan and the EMI used to go from my account.the loan is closed I the house in my name. Can my husband claim in it .should I transfer the deed to my parents name to be safe.the house was taken for my parents and they had given the down-payment payment and the loan amount which my husband had spent.he later had to take loan to pay the loan.he transferred the amount in my account and I had foreclosed the loan. He keeps threatening pls help
Is it a registered property.Whether mutation is over and civic tax is being paid.If home is completely repaid whether lender Bank has issued NDC.Without examining those documents no opinion can be offered from this end.Contact Lawrato for further course of action.

If the house is in your name and you are the sole owner of the property. If the home loan is closed then there is no problems in transferring the property in any ones name . if you want to transfer the property to your parents you can do so.
