Living for 20 years in a trust colony, wants me to vacate the property
06-Apr-2023 (In Property Law)
I am staying in a trust colony in Pune. I have been transferred to Mumbai on job. In Mumbai staying in temporary rented accommodation. I still keep going to Pune frequently. Trust wants me to vacate the Pune house. The Pune house is old rent basis NOT leave and license. if they go to court what chance is there?
I would like to know ur opinion first of u really want to use the property or u want to just keep it as ur second home, everything has to be considered, they are asking the property back from you as u are not using it and u have permanently shifted and the house is vacant
