Letter of consent for the transfer of property amongst legal heirs

I have 50 percent share in my property transferred to me through gift deed by my grandfather for remaining 50% we are 4 legal heirs..in which one of the heir has filed a suite against all of us.. now remaining 2heirs hv agreed to transfer their share to me condition they don't receive any further notices from court please guide me how this can happen

For remaining 50%, if your grandfather has left any WILL, then you will have to apply for probate and if Not, then you will have to apply for Letter of Administration. Probably during the proceedings you can take consent from your 2 brothers and file it in their court and get their share transfer in your name andfor balance you can negotiate with the one who is not agreeing.
