After death of grandfather all sons live in that house by mutual partition. Now my cousin brother has made regestry deed of my portion in his name from my fathers before few days back from my fathers death.I was not aware of the fact as i am married and live in other city. My father household items is in house under my lock and key.Now they said remove the household goods and vaccant the portion as we had already purchased it from your father. Does my father has right to sold the house without my consent?is there is any legal right so that i claim that. Kindly please resolve.

A girl child has equal right in the property as a male child soyou have roght in your fathers property but to assist you in a better way let me know when your father expired and ask your cousins mode of transfer of property. Also how many cousins you have and do u hv copy of the proprty documents

You have to file a partition suit before the civil court where the suit property is situated. Your right over the suit property is limited, if there is a partition deed and your father sold his share after partition then you have no right to claim but if without a proper partition deed your sold the said share then you can challenge that sale deed and claim your share in the suit property.

Hello, yes, you can always claim your portion, you can file a case against your cousin brother and simultaneously can file for claim.
our cousins are not permitting your father to sell his share you can file suit for partition of property . subsequently you can sell his share.
Suits to be instituted where subject matter situate.
